How Do I Return?
At Culturetrandz, we understand that online shopping can sometimes be tricky and you might need to return an item. We make it easy for our customers to return items within 7 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, simply email us at support@culturetrandz.com with your Order ID and the reason for return. Our team will respond within 24 to 48 working hours with further instructions.
Once your return request is confirmed, you will need to self-ship the item to our warehouse address.

Exchange
āĀ Ā Ā Ā Exchange is available free of cost.
āĀ Ā Ā Ā You can raise an exchange request within 7 days of the delivered date and time.
To request an exchange, email us at support@culturetrandz.com with your Order ID and the required size. Our team will respond within 24 to 48 working hours with the next steps.
ā ļø Important: Once the exchange process begins, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
ā ļø Note: If the exchange product price is lower than the original product price, the balance amount will be issued as Culturetrandz Store Credit only. This store credit cannot be transferred to a bank account.

Wrong Item Received?
For a wrong item claim, we require a video showing the parcel in a sealed, unopened state before unboxing. The unboxing must be done in one continuous take without any cuts or edits to ensure authenticity.
Please email the video along with your Order ID to support@culturetrandz.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Refund Process
Once your return is received at our warehouse and inspected (unwashed and unused), we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
āĀ Ā Ā Ā COD orders: Refund will be credited as Culturetrandz Store Credits only.
āĀ Ā Ā Ā Prepaid orders: Refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5ā7 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds?
If you have not received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

āĀ Ā Ā Ā Contact your credit card company ā it may take time before the refund is officially posted.
āĀ Ā Ā Ā Contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund appears.

Cancellations
āĀ Ā Ā Ā Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been dispatched.
āĀ Ā Ā Ā To cancel, email us at support@culturetrandz.com with your Order ID.
āĀ Ā Ā Ā Once dispatched, cancellations are not accepted. You may initiate a return after delivery.
āĀ Ā Ā Ā Approved cancellation refunds will be processed within 5ā7 business days.
