2. Products & Services

•       We sell clothing and fashion products. We aim to display all products as accurately as possible.

•       Colors and appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings and monitor calibration.

•       Product availability is subject to change without prior notice.

•       We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Orders & Acceptance

•       Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase — not a confirmed sale.

•       Orders are confirmed only after successful payment processing.

•       Culturetrandz reserves the right to accept or reject any order without prior notice.

•       You will receive an order confirmation via email upon successful placement.

4. Pricing & Payments

•       All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.

•       Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

•       Payments are securely processed via Razorpay and other supported gateways.

•       Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders. COD charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout.

•       You agree to provide valid and accurate payment details. Culturetrandz is not liable for failed transactions due to incorrect payment information.

5. Shipping & Delivery

•       Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary based on location and courier service.

•       Delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control are not our responsibility.

•       Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the order has been dispatched.

•       Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly shown at checkout.

•       Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, contact us within 48 hours with supporting images.

6. Returns & Refunds

•       We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

•       To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, in original condition, with all tags intact and original packaging.

•       You must have a receipt or proof of purchase to initiate a return.

•       To initiate a return, contact us at support@culturetrandz.com. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

•       Return Address: 28 Apple Square, Yogi Chowk, Surat, Gujarat – 395010.

•       Return shipping cost will be borne by the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

•       The following items are NOT eligible for return: sale/discounted items, gift cards, used or customer-damaged items.

•       Exchanges are accepted only for size issues or defective products, subject to availability.

•       Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.

•       If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

•       For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. Please provide your bank details when raising the request.

•       If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider.

7. Cancellations

•       Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been dispatched.

•       To cancel, contact us immediately at support@culturetrandz.com with your order details.

•       Once dispatched, cancellations are not accepted. You may initiate a return after delivery.

•       Approved cancellation refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, images, text, designs, and product descriptions — is the exclusive property of Culturetrandz and is protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

•       Use the website for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.

•       Interfere with or disrupt site security, performance, or functionality.

•       Submit false, misleading, or inaccurate information.

10. Limitation of Liability

•       Culturetrandz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

•       We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party courier or payment services.

•       All products are provided "as is" to the extent permitted under applicable Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

•       Our total liability, in any event, shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product in question.

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using our website, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

12. Dispute Resolution

•       In case of any dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.

•       If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to mediation before pursuing legal action.

•       These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

•       Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat.

13. Changes to Terms

Culturetrandz reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with the updated effective date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
