At Culturetrandz, we are committed to delivering your order safely and on time. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your orders across India.

1. Shipping Coverage

•       We currently ship across India only.

•       We do not offer international shipping at this time.

•       We deliver to all major cities, towns, and most PIN codes across India.

•       If your PIN code is not serviceable, we will notify you at the time of order placement.

2. Shipping Charges

•       We offer FREE shipping on all orders across India — no minimum order value required.

•       There are no hidden shipping charges. The price you see at checkout is the final price.

3. Order Processing Time

•       Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.

•       Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

•       You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

4. Delivery Timeline

•       Estimated delivery time: 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch.

•       Delivery to remote or rural areas may take additional 2–3 business days.

•       Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

•       Culturetrandz is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier partners.

5. Order Tracking

•       Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

•       You can use this tracking number on the respective courier partner’s website to track your shipment.

•       For tracking assistance, contact us at support@culturetrandz.com with your order number.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

•       COD is available on eligible orders across India.

•       COD orders must be paid in full at the time of delivery.

•       Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to accept and pay for the order.

•       If a COD order is returned due to non-availability or refusal, future COD orders from the same account may be restricted.

7. Failed Delivery & Undelivered Orders

•       If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or non-availability, the courier will attempt redelivery.

•       After 2–3 failed attempts, the package may be returned to us.

•       In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply for resending the order.

•       If you believe your order is lost in transit, contact us within 15 days of the expected delivery date at support@culturetrandz.com.

8. Damaged or Wrong Item Received

•       Please inspect your order upon delivery.

•       If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.

•       We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost after verification.

•       Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

9. Address Accuracy

•       Please ensure your shipping address, PIN code, and contact number are accurate at the time of placing the order.

•       Culturetrandz is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

•       Address changes after order dispatch are not possible.
