2. Shipping Charges
ā¢Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā We offer FREE shipping on all orders across India ā no minimum order value required.
ā¢Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā There are no hidden shipping charges. The price you see at checkout is the final price.
3. Order Processing Time
ā¢Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Orders are processed within 1ā2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
ā¢Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
ā¢Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
4. Delivery Timeline

5. Order Tracking

ā¢Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā You can use this tracking number on the respective courier partnerās website to track your shipment.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
ā¢Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā COD is available on eligible orders across India.
ā¢Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā COD orders must be paid in full at the time of delivery.
ā¢Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to accept and pay for the order.
ā¢Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā If a COD order is returned due to non-availability or refusal, future COD orders from the same account may be restricted.
7. Failed Delivery & Undelivered Orders
ā¢Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or non-availability, the courier will attempt redelivery.
ā¢Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā After 2ā3 failed attempts, the package may be returned to us.
ā¢Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply for resending the order.
ā¢Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā If you believe your order is lost in transit, contact us within 15 days of the expected delivery date at support@culturetrandz.com.
8. Damaged or Wrong Item Received

ā¢Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.
ā¢Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost after verification.
ā¢Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
9. Address Accuracy
ā¢Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Please ensure your shipping address, PIN code, and contact number are accurate at the time of placing the order.
ā¢Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Culturetrandz is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
ā¢Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Address changes after order dispatch are not possible.
